Government authority located in Georgia, USA based organization looking for expert vendor for applicant tracking system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide applicant tracking system for employees and managers to interact directly with the application, and provide automated communication with employees and management as candidates move the workflow.
(A) Applicant Tracking (ATS):
- Provide capability to manage positions.
- Allow managers to post positions to the public and internally.
- System that allows integration with other systems for advertising, resume parsing, pre-employment assessments and integrates with our HRIS system.
- Provides criteria for candidate responses.
- Upload resumes, cover letters, certificates and other documents.
- Allows for supplemental questions to determine candidate viability.
- Provides automated communication and classification of candidates.
- Ability to advertise automatically with different sites, including but not limited to, indeed, career builder, handshake, county social media sites, etc.
(B) Candidate Relationship Management (CRM):
- Has capability to source candidates using their application or resume data.
- Allows for the creation of talent pools.
- Has tools to manage candidate cultivation.
- Integrates fully with the ATS solution.
(C) Onboarding (Optional, but preferred):
- Pre-populate fields from the ATS to onboarding documents.
- Streamline the onboarding process by facilitating the completion of documents prior to the first day.
- Integrate with pre-employment systems (background checks etc.)
- Ability to build workflows, automatic emails, and task lists for all users involved with onboarding a candidate.
- Ability to integrate with Sum Total to provide training modules and reporting on classes taken as part of the onboarding process
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 5, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be foe three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
