[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide access control system including all necessary hardware and all operating and applications software necessary to perform the operation, provide services and manpower necessary for commissioning of system in coordination with the owner’s representative, all interlocking, wiring and installation of control devices associated with the equipment shall be provided to the government authority located in Dublin, GA.
- A web-based management access control system with 2 door controller and power supply.
- Passive Wiegand Proximity card reader, equal.
- Door strike - 12/24 VDC, field adjustable, low profile.
- Door strike – 12/24 VDC, RIM exit use, fail-secure.
- Electrified latch – 12/24 VDC retrofit latch.
- Access Cards – provide 40 access cards.
- Installation materials – proposal to include all materials and supplies necessary for the complete installation of the card access system.
- Labor and Training – proposal to include all labor to install the system and training on the use of the software and access system.
- Camera Compatibility – system to be compatible for future camera installation.
