[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on call survey services to the government authority located in Alpharetta, GA.
- Consultant shall include in all task order proposals a time frame for the commencement of work from issuance of notice to proceed and for the delivery of the final product
- Consultant shall maintain and dedicate sufficient resources to ensure timely completion of all task orders issued as part of this contract
- Consultant shall provide any necessary traffic control measures required to perform their tasks
- All surveys shall be tied to the state plane coordinate system
- All surveys shall identify a minimum of one benchmark
- All surveys shall provide a statement referencing the vertical and horizontal datum used
- Unless directed otherwise, consultant shall utilize their company title block and presentation standards for all surveys and exhibits
- Consultant shall provide the City with their layering standards, point descriptions, and plot styles
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 9, 2018.
(3) Contract period for five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
