[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide grant consultant services to the government authority located in Tybee Island, GA.
- Collect all necessary data regarding structures whose owners have shown voluntary interest
- Conduct all necessary structural evaluations of structures whose owners have shown voluntary interest
- Complete necessary elevation certificates for all structures whose owners have shown voluntary interest
- Determine cost estimates for elevating each structure whose owners have shown voluntary interest
- Conduct at least two public information meetings to explain the process to the affected properties owners
- All other tasks necessary for grant application submittal
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 26, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
