[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online access system, mailing and e-filing services for allow users to access forms online, process, fold and mail W-2 forms, 1099-M forms, 1099-R forms, easily accessible via internet, intranet and mobile phone, simple to implement with no new software to buy or upgrade and fully customizable for branding, compatible with major internet browsers in the newest versions, consent page to accept opt-in from users for electronic distribution of all tax forms, fully secured with encryption, advanced password management and compliant with all necessary compliances, able to receive county data via a Transport Layer Security protocol, able to handle different types of files for input, able to e-file foreign addresses, able to handle amendments and multiple files submissions if necessary.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
