Government Authority located in Atlanta, Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for customer experience program services
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer experience program services for international airport including customer service representatives, CXR supervisors, operations assistants and volunteer program assistants who provide assistance throughout the airport at the information desk, train stations throughout the transportation mall, the security checkpoints, the atlnext project and other locations deemed necessary by airport operations staff including
- Recruiting and Hiring with a focus on meeting a defined set of customer service attributes that deliver excellent customer service and provide personable, pleasing, memorable, interactions
- Enhance the passenger experience while aiding the airport in increasing its non-aeronautical revenues
- Maintain a high level of volunteers to enhance the customer experience
- Being familiar with and incorporating the airport service quality measures in our daily operations
- Provide consistent feedback to team members and partner tenants
- Consistently measure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
- Being the leader of the americans with disabilities and title VI compliance
- Ensure real-time situational awareness of customer experience through in-person interactions, digital interactions with social media and voice of the customer programs
- Enhance customer service by providing passengers with accurate information
- Provide consultancy on innovative ways to continually improve, etc. to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 16, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 19, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
