[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services for educational organization including
- Evaluate preliminary documents for constructability, value opportunities and scheduling
at each phase of design
- Participate and assist in planning meetings
- provide estimates at the Construction Document phase and an estimated monthly
construction payment schedule to assist the owner with financial budgets.
- Conduct a value engineering review, including life cycle cost, evaluations for alternate
materials and systems prior to the beginning of the construction documents phase
- Develop requirements to assure time, cost, and quality control during construction
- Identify bidders and generate bidder interest, by individual project. for each project,
maintain a list of firms contacted and dates of contact for review by the owner
- Maintain staff for construction management to include an on-site Superintendent
- Assure timely procurement of all required permits
- Develop and maintain a detailed schedule including delivery, approvals, inspection,
testing, construction, and occupancy
- Maintain written and photographic records and submit routine reports to the architect
- Establish and maintain a jobsite safety program
- Provide cost control through progress payment review and verification according to the
approved schedule and contract amounts
to the government authority located in Riviera Austell, GA.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on October 16, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 19, 2018.
(4) The contract term will be for five years.
