[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide master planning services to include branding and marketing strategies, viability, and implementation, essential strategies and policies that must be a part of the master planning are encourage mixed use within sites and buildings, create great public spaces and thoroughfares with well balanced, fiscally sound, infrastructure investments to promote reliable trips, encourage parking management strategies, ensure existing business and retail vitality to attract new businesses with community partners, function as a multimodal hub, limit warehouse or distribution development and promote high-end advanced manufacturing, biomedical, pharmaceutical, technology, commercial, filming, and music development
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
