[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide general counsel and other legal services to manage the contracts of engaged outside counsel, act as a legal advisor to program staff on internal issues, draft, negotiate, and approve written legal agreements, procurement oversight and management, manage open records requests, draft or review internal agency policies, legislative review and support as requested, legal support on pension and benefits concerns, attend pension board meetings as requested, counsel regarding employment matters, counsel on labour-management relations, including rights and obligations related to collective bargaining, develop or recommend personnel policies, practices or actions as requested, coordinate with the retained litigation firm as necessary to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 10, 2018.
