Government authority located in Tybee Island, Georgia, USA based organization looking for expert vendor for janitorial and cleaning services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial and cleaning services for city hall, police department, river’s end campground (incl. outbuildings, cabins, and restrooms), guard house, old school cafeteria and meeting rooms, bathrooms to the government authority located in Tybee Island, GA.
- Restroom floors swept and mopped. Walls, mirrors, stalls, toilets, sinks and handrails must
be cleaned and disinfected.
- Resupply restrooms with necessary paper products.
- All glass fronts shall be cleaned, including but not limited to; Postal Room door, Utility
Billing door, Auditorium doors, Front door of building, IT office window, and Cashiers
Window.
- All carpeted areas shall be vacuumed.
- Clean the walls, counter, sink and floor in coffee room.
- All trash and recycling containers inside the building must be emptied into larger trash and
recycling bins located outside at the rear of the building.
- Clean water fountain. - Dust lights, furniture and ceiling fans.
- Stock toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Change out tampon disposal bags and trash bags.
- Once a week wash out the bathrooms (except for Comfort Elites). Consists of coating all
surfaces (except ceiling) with chemical, then scrubbing, rinsing, squeegeeing, and drying.
- Scrub, disinfect, and wipe dry toilets, urinals, sinks, changing tables, and mirrors.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 4, 2018.
