[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cruise software to procure a Commercial Off the Shelf cruising solution that includes both a mobile data collection component and a server component to handle cruise assignment, check in/ check out procedures, quality assurance/quality check and data conversion.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 24, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
