[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security control system upgrade services to replace the existing manual locking control panel in central control 205 and replace it and all of its functionality with a new touchscreen control panels in accordance with the plans and specifications including;
1. Security Monitoring and Control System
2. Closed Circuit Television System (integration)
3. Passive Duress System (integration)
4. Intercommunications System (integration only unless ALT 1 is accepted)
5. Public Address and Monitoring System (integration only unless ALT 1 is accepted)
6. Inmate Call System (integration only)
7. Raceway or Conduit System
8. System Wiring
9. UPS Systems
10. Surge Protection Equipment and etc.to the government authority located in Hamilton, GA.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on October 4, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 10, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be for five years.
