(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate appraisal services for market value assessments of the various types of properties for various reasons, appraisal review of appraisals from other sources, comparables for land values in a neighborhood, summary appraisal report and self-contained appraisal report to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 3, 2016.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
