[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IT consolidation services includes
- Provide support to ensure implementation of the command’s communication initiatives, business processes, and management practices as well as consistency of strategic messaging and Command branding.
- Assist in the development of SharePoint sites, test populated sites and animated elements, leveraging activities completed during requirements documentation and wireframe development.
- Assist in the creation of multiple conceptual design alternatives which will be developed for government review, with feedback applied to the final design. the design development will follow approved wireframe documents and incorporate technical considerations including branding guidelines, browser versions and platform considerations, form criteria, and other interface functionality.
- Coordinate schedules, assist with data collection for assets, user requirements management, application inventory, and related actions necessary to effect technical refresh schedules and life-cycle sustainment for the LOGCOM IT environment (e. g. SRM data collection, asset reconciliation and tracking).
- Apply knowledge of IT concepts and specific knowledge of corporate business IT systems in order to respond to customer support service requests effectively and responsively.
- Perform technical analysis to identify solutions to customer operational requirements and support of acquisition planning, and provide technical oversight and life cycle support for all IT assets that support LOGCOM corporate business operations, including desktop computers, peripherals and personal computing devices, among others.
- Provide and maintain business analyst expertise who are familiar with LOGCOM’s logistics, supply, maintenance, distribution, warehousing, financial, and acquisition processes. Possess an expert understanding of the enabling automated information systems (AIS) that support these processes.
- Provide analysis on matters of business and investment, Internal and External to MARCORLOGCOM, associated with logistics operations to include but not limited to, Requirements, logistics, financial management analysis, systems engineering, business process improvement, joint matters and emerging technology evaluations.
- Analyze business and management process flows; conduct in-depth analyses of DBS business processes resulting in sound recommendations for implementation of improved business processes and value stream mapping.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify discrepant data within the technical data, provisioning, and BOM systems and prepare corrective actions to correct discrepancies.
- Business Analysts shall develop and provide strategies and modeling process flows to support process improvements.
- Perform functional gap analysis of current business processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze processes with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
- Develop and provide strategies and modeling process flows to support enterprise asset planning division’s improvement of the equipment sourcing and depot maintenance scheduling process.
- Maintain information security on behalf of the ISSM; implement and provide documentation of security controls for the IS; conduct an initial assessment to facilitate early identification of weaknesses and deficiencies to the government authority located in Albany, GA.
