[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pension fund investment consulting services including
- Provide advice and counsel regarding developments in the general financial markets, capital equity markets, international equity markets, and fixed income markets and assist with investment decisions
- Present performance reports, including manager evaluations and economic overviews. Reports will include performance and risk calculations for the total fund, asset class composites, and individual managers; macro observations relative to other similarly sized public funds on asset allocation, composite performance results, and risk analysis relative to such other public funds, policy benchmarks, and total fund portfolio attribution.
- Asset class structures and strategies develop pertaining to portfolio structure and will evaluate various issues, such as active versus passive management for public markets, investment management styles under different market conditions, benchmark risk, manager allocations, and rebalancing strategies.
- Risk management provide recommendations to develop and enhance pension fund risk management capabilities at the fund, asset class, and manager levels
- Educational presentations to the board on specific issues ranging from informational items to critical investment policy issues facing the pension fund, etc.to the government authority located in Athens, GA.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 20, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
