(1) Vendor needs to provide non-personal student analysis and evaluation support service that will support the cyber school in assessing the best qualified cyber soldiers and placing those soldiers in the right military jobs and roles based on assessment results within the army's new cyber branch to the government authority located in Fort Gordon, GA.
- Support the proponent office of the army cyber school that includes conducting performance enhancement training and student assessments for all cyber school initial entry courses; assessing student performance, and the cognitive and non-cognitive abilities of individuals serving within the cyber corps, as well as those desiring to serve.
(2) This bid is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business.
