[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management platform for ensuring impervious surface assessments are accurate to ensure proper storm water billing and collection of the utility fees, maintain and repair facilities and tracking parts is essential along with adequately reporting usage, ability to track and monitor these assets will address many budgetary issues and concerns, tracking of invoices and historical data with closed tickets, ability to monitor and maintain things of value to an entity or group, develop an enterprise solution that utilizes automated workflows to streamline all aspects of the work order, preventive maintenance, inspections, and asset management related modules, identify maintenance responsibility, ability to tie specific GIS asset attributes to a work order with the potential of editing GIS attributes, create and support an environment where the authoritative database for all real property records and associated systems and inventories are in GIS and review current asset management processes and develop new core processes that align with industry best practices.
(2) A mandatory meeting will be held on August 29, 2018 and September 5, 2018.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on September 11, 2018.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2018.
(5) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
