Government Authority located in Georgia, USA based organization looking for expert vendors for inmate telephone services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate telephone services from 12 noon to 11:00pm from Monday through Friday and from 7:00am to 11:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays and County observed holidays. Each inmate is assigned a unique PIN number and is allowed a maximum of twenty (20) numbers.
- All phone calls are limited to 20 minutes.
- Call blocking (800, 900, 411, 911, etc.), victims, witnesses Law Enforcement etc.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on September 18, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 20, 2018.
