[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide venue operations and management, event scheduling and booking services and marketing and sponsorship services for building and event security, relationships with media and broadcast arrangements, parking management, financial recordkeeping, accident reporting and insurance claims, legal compliance and all other services necessary for facility operations and events, coordination of event bookings and scheduling, joint or coordinated marketing and promotion, joint purchasing, shared back of house support and services, shared employees, a single interface, news and entertainment media regarding upcoming facility events and arranging for media access to events where allowed, conducting all marketing and promotional activities, development and strategic implementation of comprehensive facility marketing plans and development of a programming plan to address pre-opening marketing for the facility to the government authority located in Savannah, GA.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 5, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
