Vendor needs to provide cloud-based staffing software to facilitate employee time entry, shift scheduling and other functions, ability to integrate, with image trend, which is the existing records management system, able to create and fill schedules based on the employee availability, able to manage rosters and schedules electronically, able to add special event and extra shift schedules, able to view and sign-up for open shifts, able to see which employees can be scheduled without exceeding department overtime limits, able to track a rotating overtime list for future overtime scheduling, able to swap shift with other employees, able to ensure the shift swap guideline if adhered and able to ensure fairness and transparency.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
