(1) Vendor needs to provide investment and administration service for 401 and 457 plans, investment education, investment guidance, asset allocation, managed accounts on-line, plan-level administration, compliance services, loan and hardship administration, client service and quality assurance, transition, recordkeeping, reporting, self-service and participant service, participant education and systems capabilities and hardware to the government authority located in Milton, GA.
- Services related to the plans include plan recordkeeping, dedicated participant service presentative, trustee services, website/portal for both the employer and employee side, communication and education at least two times per year, field service representatives, participant communications, investment education, investment guidance/asset allocation/managed accounts on-line, plan-level administration and compliance services and loan and hardship administration.
