[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for conduct comprehensive market compensation and employee classification study, preparing comparative analysis for the labor market and recommending compensation rules and policies, prepare a comparative analysis, conduct internal equity analysis, recommendations for total cash compensation packages, prepare recommendations for compensation rules, and policies, including variable or incentive pay options, to maintain competitiveness, reward employees and ensure equity, recommended salary administration guidelines and procedures for implementing hiring advancement within and between salary ranges resulting from transfers, promotions or demotions, identify and provide survey labor market comparable and benchmark data using job titles, duties and responsibilities and keep the classification system current and equitable including tools to use in the review of the classification of individual jobs to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) A not-mandatory event conference will be held on August 29, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
