(1) Vendor needs to provide program management services for program management consultant services for the transportation investment program, the resources and expertise necessary to understand, and be responsible for a broad spectrum of services related to the program, management of the program to successfully and efficiently deliver all projects within the special district on schedule and within the designated budget, continue to enhance the state’s infrastructure for transportation, mobility, and overall improved quality of life by successfully delivering transportation projects to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
