Vendor needs to provide media buying services for sales and marketing arm, the lead agency for attracting new business investment, encouraging the expansion of existing industry and small businesses for film, music and digital entertainment projects, as well as planning and mobilizing state resources for economic development.
- Online and offline advertising include print, broadcast, digital and social buying with goal would be to secure the best possible rates, with lower service fees and a lower commission to help extend our available media budgets across all departments.
- It is essential that the supplier can demonstrate extensive experience in both the business-to-consumer and business-to-business spaces, offering cutting-edge media strategies and solutions that can cut through the marketplace clutter.
- Completely integrated approach to meet our strategic goals and objectives, while supporting the creative strategies that we already have in place have a proven track record with leveraging media research, strategy, planning, buying, tactics and negotiations seamlessly across all media sources.
