[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate medical services for the provision of Inmate Health Care Service include medical, dental, health care personnel and program support services for inmates
- On site health service program - a week coverage to administer medications, handle inmate sick call, and see any inmates required Registered Nurse (RN) be on site 24/7
- Staff physician(s) who hold inmate sick call a minimum of 4 times a week, and who are on call or available for consultation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Current illness and health problems including mental, dental and communicable diseases;
- Body deformities and ease of movement; and
- Condition of skin, including trauma markings, bruises, lesions, jaundice, rashes and infestations and needle marks or other indications of drug abuse, and
- Mental Health screening to rule out possible suicide ideation and/or psychosis
- Verification of all prescribed medications in a timely manner
- Laboratory tests TB Tine and Pregnancy, Sick Calls, Dental Call to the government authority located in Cumming, GA.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 15, 2018.
(3) A contract period will for one year.
