[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide business license software system to offer citizens a customer friendly experience from a citizen facing website that has intuitive interface, proposed system will interface with the existing system unless vendor can provide an equal or better solution, ability to send reminders or other messages to citizens as needed for upcoming payments due to the county and transfer some of the risk associated with credit card processing away from the county, shall be delivered as an off-the-shelf, customizable product, display the required fields for an application based on the application type, system shall include look-up, auto-population, and/or auto-fill features in the address field and
commission district based on the user's entry, shall allow users to easily save all data to digital media, shall include robust search functions allowing for searches on system data based on user defined
criteria, support the capture and storage of an electronic signature if required by the county and able to link to external web sites as needed for data gathering.
(2) A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on July 25, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
