(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development strategy and marketing plan service for the Deerfield corridor, develop an understanding of the regional economic situation and opportunities and means for capitalizing on these opportunities, identify advantages and shortcoming of each previous effort, catalog baseline information for future use, identify gaps in knowledge to be addressed through additional data gathering, conduct community meetings or online surveys to develop community vision, etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
