[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning services to develop a comprehensive project plan that includes goals and a clear methodology, accompanied by a timeline indicating delivery of progress reports, presentations to key stakeholders, the community and release of the final product and develop and implement a communications strategy to reach and engage relevant stakeholders.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 28, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 6, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
