Vendor needs to provide public address system that interface with the nurse call system.
- Provide a simultaneous text notification that identifies the location of the code call including all relevant information and nature of the emergency without the need for human intervention.
- Provide a level of service to convert voice to text to be displayed on the TV screens within the hospital for the hearing-impaired patients to enhance their ability to hear pages and know what is happening in the event we have a situation that requires medical or safety measures to be introduced.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
