[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate broker services to analyze vacant properties that could be disposed of by sale through either public bid or open market sales, conduct a detailed analysis to provide a recommendation of the projected value of proposed properties and prepared list of all the comparable sites and their asking terms to the government authority located in Jonesboro, GA.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 21, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 28, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be one year.
