[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate listing broker services to
• Advertising, marketing, placing signage on property, and online marketing to include
a virtual tour, photo gallery, and/or promotional video
• Listing the leasable space in all appropriate real estate databases
• Advising the City of Fairburn on negotiations and lease terms
• Advising the City on leasehold improvements that the City should consider providing
• Delivering lease proposals for consideration by the City of Fairburn’s City Council
• Representing the City’s interest in negotiating lease terms with prospective tenants
• Conducting credit reports, obtaining and reviewing financial and/or other required documents for
lease approval
• Initiating contacts with brokers and potential principals
• Providing timely documentation on project status to ensure effective communication with all City
stakeholders
• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and directives
• Performing a market analysis to determine fair and reasonable lease terms
• Monthly status updates to the government authority located in Fairburn, GA.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 14, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
