[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning system containing the following applications general ledger, budget development and control, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll integration, fixed assets, project accounting, human capital management, cash receipts, utility billing, business license, vendor and customer web portals, employee self-service, and reports writing tools, software must meet accounting and reporting standards for government funds, proprietary funds, fiduciary funds, and account groups in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, replace current segregated reporting system, eliminate standalone business processing systems, independent tracking mechanisms, and paper intensive manual processes, provide a centralized approach to business processing, implement a flexible system that can respond to changing business needs, ability to budget in multiple years and track multiple funding sources and system and data security and redundancy.
(2) Pre-Proposal Conference will be held May 29, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than June 4, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
