(1) Vendor needs to provide financial monitoring services written accounting policy and procedures, accounting systems and controls, accounting system transactions, personnel policies and procedures, payroll, time sheets and salary allocation, payments to participants, travel policies and procedures, procurement policies and procedures, systems and controls, inventory policy and procedures, system and controls, financial reporting, cost allocation plans, system and implementation, compliance with contractual, regulatory and funding source requirements and audits to the government authority located in Warner Robins, GA.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than April 27, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
