(1) Vendor needs to provide library strategic plan consulting services for review current range of library services and programs including underlying planning and evaluation processes, conduct and environmental scan to identify key demographic, psychographic, economic, social, technology and other data sets and trends that may be of impact on library services, finding report, strategic plan including executive summary, mission and vision and short and long term priorities, goals and objectives with timelines and environmental scan and trends analysis.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than April 10, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
