(1) Vendor needs to provide recreation management software to accurate, consistent, and detailed instructions on system setup, code utilization, and configuration, on-line help support on all system functions, data dictionaries for all system components, project management, software installation and systems configuration, training and testing site planning, database optimization, database conversions support, change management support.
- Implement a new web-based mobile friendly recreation management software to support the
processes managed by the department
- Implement accounting and finance coordination, including integration with Munis Financial Software
from Tyler Technologies
- Implement a solution that will enable the parks and recreation department’s employees to serve our
customers with greater efficiency
- Implement a solution that provides excellent solution support
(2) All question had been submitted no later than April 5, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
