(1) Vendor needs to provide financial and utility billing software services for full integration between financial modules, open integration with other systems, single form of entry for information, windows client, ease of use, ability to view increasing levels of account detail on screen, web-based public access for licenses, utility payments and human resources, user customization of fields and reports, easy export of all data for analysis, reliable and responsive support, company growth and stability and deployment of software to similar-sized cities.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 26, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
