[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document and microfilm scanning, conversion, imaging, archival and preservation services using minimum scanning resolution at 200 dpi in PDF file format.
(2) An annual work volume will be 100,000 paper images and 10,000 maps.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 9, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for five years.
