[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide queue management system to improve the quality of data related to permitting and the other business processes, track application to issuance time for building permits, remove all paper-based sign-in sheets and replace them with an online ticketing system to ensure that the waiting processes are fair, track customer satisfaction ratings in real time, track application to issuance time for building permits, user acceptance testing of the hardware and software installation.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 7, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
