[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical transport billing services for full Advanced Life Support service assessment, treatment, and transportation to the sick and injured residents and sojourners, ambulance billing, collection, financial reporting and analytical services including
- bill according to the correct rates established by the county, all applicable laws and regulations including those from medicare and medicaid services, invoices in compliance with the fair debt collection practices act, utilize electronic filing primary medicare and medicaid claims.
- billing pursuant to generally accepted accounting Principles shall be provided on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis include revenue report, outstanding aged accounts receivable report, report of all claims on an as needed basis.
- provide written reports reviewing the performance of the accounts receivable shall be prepared, identifying, among other issues, the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
of improvements.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 9, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
