[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide hosted web payment solution that can interfacing with multiple applications and well-tested successful approach for creating new interfaces, web payments other areas that accept online payments like traffic citations, recreation and cultural affairs, property taxes, pay for various permits and fees, ability to make multiple payments to multiple departments with one transaction, e ability to make modifications to the website verbiage quickly, create integrations to backend applications, ability to send reminders or other messages, payment adoption rates for the proposed solution including percentage of payments received through mobile devices.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 21, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 27, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
