[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and advertisement program services of potential businesses interested in advertising on scoreboards, managing the generated revenue including accounts receivable and payment and handle logistics countywide for placing ads on the scoreboards with no park disruption etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 20, 2018.
(4) A contract term should be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
