(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for business planning and quality improvement management, develop a financial model to predict cash needed for operations ongoing, develop, implement, and evaluate a quality improvement plan and develop, implement, and evaluate a process evaluation program to the government authority located in Georgia.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than February 15, 2018.
