[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide youth workforce program services including description of target service recipients, eligibility criteria and outreach methods, student participation requirements, organizational capacity to successfully implement and sustain program, staff salaries, consultant costs, training costs, construction costs and other related costs, program performance measures and desired outcomes, etc. to the government authority located in Athens, GA.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
