[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public relation services to recommend, prepare, and engage in strategic PR activities, promote public awareness, develop and implement programs to improve communications and relationships, develop effective outreach strategies, assist in public event formats and presentations, manage press relations in response to disasters and write a crisis communication press release on an as needed basis.
(2) A pre- proposal conference will be held on December 13, 2017.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2017.
(4) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
