(1) Vendor needs to provide scrap metal removal and recycling services of ferrous metals or metals which contain mostly iron, consisting primarily of rail car wheel shavings, brake drums and engine blocks and non-ferrous scrap metals or metals which do not contain iron and not magnetic, and other miscellaneous scrap metals to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
