[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide performance management technology solution, it shall be comprehensive in features and functionality and represent industry best practices, able to communicate real-time progress reports and feedback via the technology solution.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 15, 2017.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2017.
(4) A contract term should be for two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
