(1) Vendor needs to provide Latin American advertising service to reach the core targets of demographic of 17-24-year-olds within the community with intent of raising awareness of the National Guard benefits and opportunities and generating leads for enlistment and done through the use of digital advertising, print advertising, and on-site events.
