[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation third party claim administration services for self-insured program including claims adjudication, medical case management, medical bill review, pharmacy benefit management, litigation mangerment, web based system access, banking loss reconciliation.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 5, 2017.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 6, 2017.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
