[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide call center services for receiving and making authorized business calls associated with the operation of filing, typing, material duplication and collation, data entry, document scanning, carrying out receptionist duties, administrative recordkeeping, mail room operation and accounting functions associated with the operation of a call center and other clerical tasks and duties necessary or needed to support the operation of medical center.
(2) Normal duty hours will be 0600 to 1700, Monday through Friday, with 30 minutes for lunch.
(3) This bid is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
