[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide records management software for archival operations such as storage, retrievals, re-filing, and scanning of materials, project management, requirements validation, system configuration, data conversion, data interfaces, system documentation development, disaster recovery plan and staffing plan.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on July 27, 2017.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2017.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
